Comfortable with sole provider anesthesia and CRNA direction models
Case description: General, OB/GYN, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Colorectal, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Robotic, Electrophysiology, Structural heart, Endoscopy and Simple pediatrics
Regional proficiency preferred
Approx 20 Physicians in this group
1 yr partnership track
Hours are variable but 7:30am until approx. 4:00 is standard.
This position will take call and would start with every 5th night and every 5th weekend. Decreasing as more MDs are hired
Health benefits covered (capped at $1,900 per month)
Salary Range $375K - $400K for new Physicians with a one year
Partnership Track where compensation range moves to $400K - $675K depending on productivity
