- Maintain and repair mowing equipment, maintenance vehicles, and power tools
- Perform routine inspections, servicing, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, tires, and engine components
- Assist with tool management and staff training on proper equipment care
- Support the maintenance team by operating mowing equipment as needed
- Ensure clean and safe work areas at all times
- Help with fabrication, body repairs, and painting
- Promote safety and follow best practices in all tasks
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Experience: 2+ years in small engine repair and maintenance preferred
- License: Must have a valid driver’s license
- Skills: Quick learner, works well in fast-paced environments
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
