Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
- Duties will include staging and washing golf carts, managing the driving range, and keeping the cart area free from traffic.
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions, offering course information, and addressing concerns promptly
- Assist with event management for tournaments or special outings, coordinating logistics and supporting event execution
- Help enforce course rules and policies diplomatically to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all players
- Manage conflict resolution effectively among guests or team members, maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Engage with children and families in a friendly manner, creating a family-friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, preferred but not required
- Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is beneficial
