Outside Services Attendant – Golf Course
Blue Rock Golf Course in South Yarmouth is seeking a dynamic Outside Services Attendant to join our team at Blue Rock Golf Course who will be responsible for organizing, starting and monitoring golf play. This is a seasonal position through November with the potential for returning in the early spring.
Job Description:
- Assist golfers in starting their round, including the organization and assignment of golf carts and tee time starting order.
- The Outside Services Attendant assists in golf bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas.
- Promote club events, golf course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member/guest experience and ensure they enjoy all the golf course amenities.
- Collaborate with other golf operations staff, including other range attendants, marshals, and starters, to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout the day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing outstanding customer service as a golf starter and golf marshal.
- The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for staging, marshaling and storing golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and external spaces, ensuring they are neat, safe, and free of debris.
- Assist other team members as needed in the daily operation of the golf course.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
