*Outside Cart Staff* We are seeking a *reliable, friendly, and hardworking Outside Cart Staff member* to join our team at a private country club. This position plays an important role in providing an exceptional experience for our members and their guests from the moment they arrive at the golf course. *Schedule:* 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM *Pay:* $10.00 per hour + tips *Responsibilities* * Open and prepare the golf cart area for daily operations * Stage, clean, and maintain golf carts throughout the day * Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner * Assist members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags * Retrieve and stage golf carts as needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cart staging area * Assist members with general golf-related questions and directions * Provide attentive and personalized service to club members and their guests * Assist with golf tournaments, outings, and special events * Help ensure the golf course entrance and surrounding areas remain clean and organized * Work closely with the Golf Shop and other club staff to provide a seamless member experience * Perform other duties as assigned by golf shop or club management *Qualifications* * Reliable, punctual, and dependable * Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor * Strong customer service skills and a member-first attitude * Comfortable interacting with private country club members and their guests * Comfortable working outdoors in Louisiana weather * Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift * Able to lift and move golf bags * Ability to work independently while also being a team player * Previous golf course, country club, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but *not required* *Compensation & Schedule* *$10.00 per hour + tips* *7:30 AM – 3:30 PM* *Apply Today!* *If you are dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in providing great service, we would love to hear from you!
