Duties
- Operate and manage golf cart rentals, ensuring guests are transported efficiently across the resort grounds.
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and sharing information about resort amenities and events.
- Maintain safety protocols by enforcing rules for golf cart operation and managing conflict situations with professionalism and tact.
- Assist with event management support during special functions or tournaments, helping coordinate logistics smoothly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for rentals or merchandise related to golf cart services.
- Support guest needs by working with children, families, and groups to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless guest experiences, including food service or entertainment areas when needed.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is highly desirable.
- Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus, demonstrating strong safety awareness and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and engaging with diverse guests of all ages.
- Experience working with children or in theater or entertainment environments is beneficial for creating lively interactions.
- Basic cash handling skills and comfort operating rental equipment are required.
