Outside Golf Operations
We are a country club based in Greenwich, CT, that offers its employees an opportunity to gain experience and grow their knowledge in the country club industry.
Fairview Country Club is a traditional private club established in 1904 with close to 400 members and is known for the great service and care taken with members and associates alike.
Our club facilities boast a 120,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with four distinct dining facilities, 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Golf Course known throughout the area for its picturesque surroundings, 12 tennis courts, 3 paddle tennis courts, swimming pool, zero entry kiddy pool & a fitness facility.
We believe each employee is responsible, empowered and involved in creating pride and joy in the workplace and a work environment of teamwork and creativity to benefit the members and their guests.
We’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking Outside Golf Operation staff to join our team. Compensation commensurate with experience and meals provided during shifts.

Requirements:
- Driver’s License
- Knowledge of the Golf game.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Work directly with the Outside Golf Operation Manager.
- Be visible to Members at all times.
- Greet and interact with Members and their guest’s in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist Members and their guests with golf clubs, tee times, caddies, rules and policies, and pace of play.
- Team player dedicated to improving their own skills and knowledge as well as those of their team member’s.
- Perform assigned duties with accuracy and cooperativeness.
- Assist Golf Professionals with getting lesson bags to the driving range in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bagroom, cart barn and staging area.
- Storing golf clubs in the correct assigned member slots.
- Setting up and maintaining the driving range and practice greens.
- Stage, clean, stock and maintain all golf carts.
