Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily golf operations to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
- Manage guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional hospitality at all points
- Work with Outing Coordinator to execute special events such as tournaments, outings, and special activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Supervise outdoor staff and volunteers, providing guidance on customer service standards and safety protocols (#1 with this position!)
- Maintain safety standards by monitoring course conditions, enforcing rules, and managing guest conduct to prevent conflict
- Scheduling outside staff month to month (starters, rangers, cart staff, range staff, etc.)
- Documenting golf cart issues and repairs needed.
- Overseeing the driving range to make sure all related tasks are completed.
- Training new staff ensuring proper guest treatment is always number 1.
- Experience overseeing various staff members
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse audiences
- Ability to work with various individuals to help make all guests of the course feel welcomed.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
