Seasonal Golf Operations Assistant - Customer Service ParOne at SkyRidge Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Job type: Seasonal; part-time or full-time Seasonal dates: August 8, 2026 through October 4, 2026 Pay schedule: Bi-weekly Position Summary ParOne at SkyRidge is seeking a Seasonal Golf Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of the golf course and practice facilities while providing friendly, responsive customer service. This position helps prepare and maintain guest-use equipment, keeps work areas organized, retrieves driving-range golf balls, and assists guests with facility technologies. Key Responsibilities - Provide courteous, professional service to guests using the golf course and practice facilities. - Assist the PGA Director of Operations and PGA Assistant Managers with daily operations and guest-service needs. - Clean, organize, stage, and monitor golf cars, and report equipment concerns to management. - Clean, issue, collect, and organize rental clubs and related guest equipment. - Retrieve, organize, and replenish driving-range golf balls on a regular basis. - Complete training on Top Tracer and Tag Marshall technologies and assist guests with basic use. - Keep assigned work areas orderly and complete other related duties as directed. Qualifications - Guest-focused, respectful, and professional approach to customer service. - Clear communication skills and the ability to follow direction. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work cooperatively as part of a team. - Willingness to learn facility procedures and guest-use technology. - Ability to work the assigned part-time or full-time schedule throughout the seasonal term. Work Environment and Physical Expectations Work may be performed outdoors at the golf course and practice facilities. The position includes physical tasks related to maintaining golf cars and rental clubs and retrieving driving-range golf balls, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additional Employment Information - Reports to the PGA Director of Operations and PGA Assistant Managers. - Employment is at will and subject to the company's 90-day probationary employment policy. - Applicants must be able to provide documentary evidence of identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. - Duties may be adjusted by management based on daily operational needs.
