Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in the setup of events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of indoor/ outdoor areas, including the bag room, driving range, performance center, and range shed.
- Utilize speaking skills to communicate effectively with staff members during events or activities.
- Interest in Golf is preferred.
- Background in customer service and guest relations is preferred.
- Strong communication between staff is essential.
