Job Description:
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
This purpose of this role is to greet guests as they arrive and direct them to the shop in a timely manner. This position sends guests onto the course in accordance with our Pace of Play policy.
- Greets all guests upon their arrival to Monterra Golf and on their departure.
- Assists guests with the unloading, loading golf bags in and out of their vehicle and stages bags onto carts.
- Organizes golf cart staging areas including cleaning and moving carts.
- Validates guests' tee team over radio communication with the golf shop.
- Guiding guests to the first tee in a timely manner, keeping track of arrivals, monitoring pace of play, and tracking finishing times.
- Provides starter speech to all guests prior to beginning their golf round.
- Stocks golf carts with pencils, scorecards, name cards and keys.
- Answers customer service requests and guest inquiries.
- Organizes and stores rental clubs, and wash, refill, organize and park all golf carts for guests.
- Tows carts, documents damage to carts in the cart logbook and performs routine cart maintenance.
- Assists with set up and teardown for golf events.

- Ability to work days and afternoon shifts
