As we continue to grow, we're looking for dependable, customer-focused Mobile Service Technicians who enjoy working independently, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Why This Role?
This isn't your typical technician position.
You'll spend your day on the road helping customers at their homes, businesses, golf courses, communities, and fleet locations. Every day is different—you'll diagnose repairs, perform maintenance, install accessories, deliver new golf carts, and help customers get back on the road quickly.

What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, maintaining, delivering, and picking up golf carts while providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire experience.
Mobile Service & Repairs
- Travel to customer homes, commercial businesses, communities, and fleet accounts
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service
- Repair electric and gas-powered golf carts
- Troubleshoot batteries, chargers, controllers, motors, and wiring
- Complete manufacturer warranty repairs
- Perform safety inspections
- Deliver new and used golf carts
- Pick up customer carts for repair
- Load and unload carts safely
- Complete delivery inspections
- Review vehicle operation with customers
- Obtain required paperwork and signatures
Install customer-requested accessories including:
- Lift kits
- Wheels & tires
- LED lighting
- Rear seats
- Windshields
- Enclosures
- Audio systems
- Lithium battery upgrades
- Custom accessories
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service
- Explain repair findings and maintenance recommendations
- Obtain approval for additional repairs when necessary
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Keep commonly used parts and supplies stocked
- Complete repair orders accurately
- Record labor, diagnostics, and parts used
- Communicate parts needs with the Service Manager
- Follow all company safety procedures
Successful Mobile Service Technicians:
- Arrive on time and prepared

- 2+ years of mechanical repair experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely tow, load, and unload golf carts
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Basic computer or tablet skills for completing repair orders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Golf cart repair experience
- Automotive technician experience
- Powersports, motorcycle, RV, marine, or small engine experience
- Electrical diagnostic experience
- Lithium battery installation and troubleshooting
- Mobile service or field technician experience
- Customer-facing service experience
