Key Responsibilities
- Drive and transport: Safely drive equipment to and from event locations; load/unload simulator equipment.
- Setup and calibration: Assemble the simulator, air up enclosure, launch monitor, projector/monitor, turf, and mats; run quick diagnostics to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Event operations: Greet hosts and guests, manage queues, select courses/challenges, track scores, and keep the energy high.
- Personal caddy service: Offer friendly swing tips, club and shot selection guidance, and encourage safe, confident play for all skill levels.
- Troubleshooting: Address minor technical issues (launch monitor alignment, software resets, cable swaps) quickly and calmly.
- Safety and care: Maintain a tidy, hazard-free play area; enforce usage guidelines to protect guests and equipment.
- Breakdown and reporting: Disassemble, pack, and secure all gear; return equipment to base; complete event briefing and maintenance notes.
- Occasional marketing, taking photos and videos of the event for social media accounts.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, must have a small SUV or truck to transport all equipment and current vehicle insurance.
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs and handle repetitive setup/teardown tasks.
- Strong customer-service mindset; clear, upbeat communicator who can lead a crowd.
- Tech-comfortable: basic computer skills; quick learner with new software/hardware.
- Golf knowledge: familiarity with clubs, swing basics, and etiquette; coaching or caddying experience a plus.
- Reliability: punctual, organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Paid on-site training on simulator setup, software, and guest experience.

- Flexible, event-based hours.
- Growth opportunities into Supervisor, Operations, or Sales roles.
- On-location events (indoor/outdoor) in varying weather and noise levels.
- Standing for extended periods; frequent lifting and moving of equipment.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as event demand requires.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
