Overview:

Overview:
Assist in the maintenance and landscaping of miniature golf course property which includes grass cutting, preventative maintenance of equipment, watering, pruning, installation/removal of plants/trees and cleaning of water features.
Responsibilities:
- Operate power equipment such as blowers, mowers, trimmers, clippers.
- Operate hand tools such as pruners, lopping shears, shovels, rakes, etc. Notify supervisor of daily performance, malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to include greasing, oiling and fueling.
- Maintain grounds by mowing, edging, raking leaves, and performing other lawn maintenance functions.
- Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, trimming, and performing other maintenance.
- Maintain and clean water features on property.
- Perform regular maintenance of water pumps and filtration system of water features on property.
- Remove and bag trash from all exterior trash cans.
- Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other grounds features by cleaning, replacing or making repairs.
- Maintain the appearance and safety of sidewalks, driveways, cart paths, or parking lots by filling in cracks, holes, and making other repairs.
- Assist with new construction areas, irrigation systems and utilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
- Meet scheduling availability requirements, including weekends as needed.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report defective equipment, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Support team to reach common goals.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Move up and down ladders, stairs and/or service ramps.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid state ID.
- Ability to work weekends occasionally to meet business needs.
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
