Golf Cart Assembly Technician

Location: Chino, CA

Pay: $22–$28/hour (based on experience)

About Us

ERGO is a growing electric golf cart company focused on assembly, quality control, and dealer support. We are looking for reliable team members with basic mechanical skills to join our assembly team.

No advanced automotive experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electric golf carts according to company procedures
• Install wheels, seats, roof supports, bumpers, windshields, and accessories
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Follow torque specifications and assembly instructions
• Inspect wiring, hardware, and finished products
• Perform basic functional testing before delivery
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work with team members to complete daily production goals

Requirements

• Basic mechanical or assembly experience
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a warehouse environment

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Furniture assembly
• Bicycle or e-bike assembly
• Fitness equipment installation
• Automotive accessories
• Golf carts, ATV, UTV or powersports products
• Warehouse or manufacturing assembly
