About the Role

Landbase India Limited (CGR) is looking for a skilled Mechanic – Golf Course Maintenance to join our Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing golf course maintenance equipment and turf care machinery to ensure uninterrupted operations and maximum equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance of golf course maintenance equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults in turf care machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Install, assemble, and modify maintenance equipment as required.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Record all maintenance, repairs, inspections, and spare parts usage accurately.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for maintenance planning and equipment availability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and equipment storage areas.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Experience with golf course maintenance equipment or turf care machinery is preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and basic electrical repair skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance records and reporting.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Equipment Experience

Experience with one or more of the following equipment will be an advantage:

• Greens mowers
• Fairway mowers
• Rough mowers
• Tractors
• Utility vehicles
• Aerators
• Top dressers
• Sprayers
• Turf maintenance equipment
