Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Club Manager, this is a single-person role responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies across various channels.
The focus will be on promoting weddings, conferences, formals, events, golf and membership. The successful candidate will work closely with the F&B Manager, Golf Operations Manager, Membership and Event Specialists to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Canva, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, UX Design, MiClub, Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Google Analytics, Trip Advisor, Meta Ads Manager / Suite, Social Media

Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote weddings, conferences, formals, golf, membership and other events at the club.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Membership and Events to align marketing efforts with club activities and goals.
- Organize and execute promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, blog posts and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensuring all website content is up to date.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the golf industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
