Wynnum Golf Club in Brisbane’s Bayside offers an 18 hole golf course and practice facilities, with Clubhouse offering Cafe / Bistro, Bar, TAB, Gaming and Wedding & Function Centre.
We are looking for an experienced administration and member services officer, with a key focus on providing support for marketing and digital communications.
The MMO will maintain the website content and presentation, support programs to drive targeted areas of income growth and yield, and provide editorial and digital design support for publications, promotions and communications.
Key to the role additionally is the provision of administration services (EA) to the GM in communications, compliance and governance support, and will happily jump in and cover phones and reception too.
The role additionally requires advanced Microsoft Office 365 and related computer skills and experience including digital image and design expertise, strong verbal and written communication skills and will ideally come from a marketing, hospitality, golf or events background.
Registered and Licensed Clubs Award L3 casual for approximately 15 to 20 hours per week over Mon, Wed & Frid with reasonable flexibility.
A PD will be made available to shortlisted candidates or upon request.
