Job Description
Bent Pine Golf Club is seeking a Membership and Marketing Director. This position is critically important to the Club’s overall success by driving new member sales, marketing the club’s many attributes and strengthening relationships with our current members and staff. The Membership and Marketing Director works closely and collaborates with all of the Club’s Department Heads, Membership and Marketing Committees and is the main point of contact for all new membership inquiries.
Bent Pine Golf Club is one of Southeast Florida’s premier private golf clubs. Founded in 1975, Bent Pine was envisioned as a golf first retreat. The championship course was designed by renowned architect Joe Lee with the layout offering a challenge for accomplished players while remaining enjoyable for every level of golfer. Recent renovations have refreshed the interior of the clubhouse and replaced the course irrigation system which has enhanced the club’s reputation for excellent conditions.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Develops and ensures that established procedures for processing and onboarding prospective members applications are consistently followed.
- Plans and implements strategies to meet club membership goals.
- Processes all requests for and transfers of membership.
- Conducts tours for prospective members and orientation program for new members.
- Manages club communications including monthly newsletters, weekly summary of upcoming events, email campaigns, event promotions, announcements and leadership messaging.
- Manage and maintain the club’s website, the member module of the Jonas Club Management System, Canva for member communication and HubSpot for potential leads through website visits.
- Be familiar with the Club’s Bylaws along with Membership Rules and Regulations.
- Answer the phone and respond to emails and inquiries in a prompt professional manner.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills along with a courteous and friendly personality.
- Must be collaborative, a team player, well rounded and ready to assist when needed.
- Performs other duties as required by the General Manager.
- Prior experience in private clubs, hospitality or luxury resorts is a plus.
- Prior sales and marketing experience in similar industries.
- Strong and effective writing skills, editing, organization, detail oriented, good listener.
- Content management and operational systems experience. Jonas, HubSpot and Canva is a plus.
- A confident communicator who is collaborative, detail oriented, self-starter that enjoys people and meaningful interactions will thrive in this role.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends and special club events.
- Minimum: Associate’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business or on the job experience in these fields.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Hospitality, Marketing, Business or prior experience as a Membership/Marketing Director in the club world.
