Experteer Overview In this role you lead the global marketing for adidas Golf apparel and accessories, shaping end-to-end product marketing from strategy to go-to-market. You collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure ranges align with brand and financial goals, using consumer insights to drive growth. Your work spans range architecture, cross-category alignment, and image and content readiness to support market execution. You will influence decision making and deliver impact across the golf business at a premium lifestyle level. Compensation / Benefits • Own end-to-end global golf apparel and accessory ranges from strategic briefs to market launch • Develop and present seasonal range strategies and milestone updates • Build curated product assortments aligned with consumer needs and brand priorities • Ensure alignment with seasonal footwear strategy across golf offerings • Collaborate with Design, Development, Operations, Merchandising, and commercial teams to improve range relevance • Manage product information in systems like M-3 and Origo • Gather and share global consumer and market insights to inform strategy • Identify category growth opportunities and lead new product innovations • Support efficient decision making through cross-functional global collaboration • Maintain global line lists, calendars, sample orders, and image/content workflows • Oversee image review/approval processes for marketplace readiness Tasks • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • 4+ years in product marketing • Apparel industry experience • Basic knowledge of golf and the golf industry • Understanding of product design and development processes and seasonal calendars • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment • Strong presentation and public speaking skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint with impactful presentation-building ability • Experience organizing meetings, presentations, events or complex team activities • Passion for sports, fashion, product creation, and growing a global business • Ability to embody adidas values in leadership and decision making Key requirements • medical coverage with HSA or FSA options • adoption, surrogate, and fertility support • 401(k) plan with employer match • education assistance • 12 weeks paid parental leave • employee product discounts
