The Witching Hour Brewtown is on the hunt for a weekend Duty Manager! The role varies hour by hour and can be very fun and fast-paced. We need someone who can think on their feet, manage multiple mini-golf groups at once, serve customers, make drinks and pizzas, and keep the golf equipment stocked—all with a smile on their face. What the role involves: Operational Management: Serving customers, making drinks, prepping pizzas, and managing mini-golf groups during busy rushes. Venue Care: Utilizing down-time to clean, vacuum, collect golf balls, and restock. Compliance: Taking full responsibility for the safe service of alcohol, checking IDs, and upholding all Liquor Licence requirements. Financials: Opening, closing, and cashing up the tills accurately. What we are looking for: Amazing customer service skills and a love for mini-golf and all things spooky. Prior bar or hospitality experience. An LCQ Certificate is required. A current Manager's Certificate is preferred (however, for the right person, we can help you get certified). Must be at least 20 years old (a legal requirement to hold a Manager's Certificate). Must be capable of working independently alone as well as directing our small team.
