About the Role: As Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our clubhouse, ensuring exceptional service delivery across our bars, brasserie, and function spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead front-of-house team members
Ensure compliance with RSA, gaming, and club regulations
Oversee service standards across all venue areas
Coordinate function and event operations
Maintain stock control and inventory management
Drive revenue growth through excellent customer service
Support team training and development
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within hospitality
Strong restaurant operations background
Current RSA and RCG certificates
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Experience in gaming operations (preferred)
