Full Time | Glowing Rooms 3D Mini golf (5mins South of Fremantle) is looking for a Venue Manager!

So far, we have been featured on Channel 9, Urbanlist, local news, and many other places. From hosting functions, birthday parties, and corporate events with enticing party packages, to the thrill of VR Escape Rooms played on cutting-edge equipment, we bring larger-than-life experiences and endless possibilities to our visitors. Glowing Rooms offers dynamic and engaging experiences, where the ordinary transforms into extraordinary fun! About the Role:
Our Venue Manager has been promoted to the Chief Operations Manager and we are therefore looking for a passionate professional to fill the role!
As a Venue Manager, you will be hands-on with a primary focus on crafting unforgettable experiences for our customers. You will also be responsible for tasks such as rostering, banking, training staff, and some administration duties.
We are looking for applicants who see the vision we are creating for Glowing Rooms, take pride in their ability to lead a team, and are ready to commit to a full-time role!

Flexible Full-time hours:
An average of 38 hours per week (no split shifts), structured around our trading hours and your availability. A typical roster will include 2 consecutive days off. Working hours are highly flexible, and rosters can be tailored to suit personal and social commitments. Our people are what make us unique – and we understand the importance of work-life balance!
Our trading hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 2pm to 9pm
Wednesday: 2pm to 9pm
Thursday: 2pm to 9pm
Friday: 2pm to 10pm
Saturday: 10am to 10pm
Sunday: 10am to 9pm
We are open every day from 10 am for School Holidays

- Setting the highest standards for themselves, and their team, to ensure our café and venue maintains an amazing hygiene and cleanliness standard,
- Problem solvers: we love creativity!
- Good at following procedures,
- Able to work under pressure with a smile and,
- Team players.
Must have’s:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role,
- Approved Manager’s ticket,
- Experience with motivating and training staff & managing staff performance,
- Financial aptitude with the ability to manage business expenditures,
- Knowledge of stock control and quality assurance,
- Experience meeting customer satisfaction and sales targets,
- Have a current driver’s license and regular access to a vehicle. Public transport to Glowing Rooms is unreliable,
- Working with children certificate or willingness to obtain one.
