Maintenance Helper / Golf Cart Attendant
Elk Valley Resort is looking for a dependable, energetic team member to join us as a Seasonal Maintenance Helper / Golf Cart Attendant in one of Idaho’s most breathtaking mountain settings. Nestled along the Boise River in beautiful Featherville, our resort is truly a little slice of paradise and we’ve built something special. This is a hands-on, active position with plenty of variety. You’ll help keep our golf carts clean and moving, assist with golf course and grounds maintenance, help with property cleanup and upkeep, and lend a hand in the Pro Shop when needed. Around here, everyone pitches in to get the job done.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Over the past two years, we’ve invested heavily in rebuilding and enhancing the property from the ground up. From a fully renovated Lodge with a brand-new bar and kitchen, to an improved golf course with new greens, tee boxes, carts, and equipment, to expanded event spaces, pickleball courts, upgraded RV park amenities, and beautifully landscaped grounds, this is a place that’s constantly improving. We care about doing things right and creating an environment we’re proud of.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean, stage, and organize golf carts throughout the day
- Keep carts moving and available for golfers
- Assist with basic golf cart upkeep and report maintenance concerns
- Assist with equipment and vehicle care to help keep our fleet clean and operating properly
- Assist the grounds team in maintaining quality turf conditions across greens, fairways, and rough
- Assist with daily greens mowing and course setup as needed
- Help operate, monitor, and maintain the irrigation system
- Assist with the care and presentation of the RV Park and surrounding grounds
- Pick up and take out trash throughout the property
- Sweep walkways, work areas, and common areas
- Assist with general property and facility maintenance
- Help keep guest areas clean, safe, organized, and presentable
- Pitch in on miscellaneous projects and maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist the Pro Shop team during busy periods
- Provide directions and general assistance to golfers and RV Park guests
- Answer basic questions about the course, rates, and policies
- Great attitude and desire for self-improvement

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., consistently bend, walk, and perform work
