JOB SUMMARY: Club Champion is looking to hire a Finishing/QC Lead for our Tempe, AZ location. The lead will assist the supervisor with workflow and tasks, drive training of new employees/existing employees when required. This employee will ensure work areas are maintained and safe, will resolve routine problems, and will assist operations team from time to time. This position will report to the Operations Supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY: Club Champion is looking to hire a Finishing/QC Lead for our Tempe, AZ location. The lead will assist the supervisor with workflow and tasks, drive training of new employees/existing employees when required. This employee will ensure work areas are maintained and safe, will resolve routine problems, and will assist operations team from time to time. This position will report to the Operations Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assisting supervisor with workflow and tasks
- Driving training of new employees and re-training of existing employees when required
- Ensuring work areas are maintained and kept in safe condition
- Resolving routine problems and referring more difficult situations to the supervisor
- Backing up supervisor as needed
- May open and/or close facility
- Performing responsibilities of subordinate positions
- Assisting operations team from time to time: turning ferrules, adjusting loft/lie, cleaning, and QC.
- Preparing shipping labels
- Generating tracking numbers and managing in Salesforce (CRM)
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience in a shipping department or in a warehouse
- Experience with warehouse management systems required and/or NetSuite/Salesforce is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
- High School or GED Equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
- Effectively communicate verbally and via email
- Being ethical and self-motivated
- Effectively work and communicate with multiple departments and various levels of management
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and arrive to work on time.
- Must be flexible to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Coordinates daily tasks for associates
- Train new employees
- Recommend disciplinary action
- Generates department reporting
- Computer (Excel, Word, Salesforce)
- Bar code scanners, RF
