Experteer Overview In this role you shape the future of Nike Golf Footwear by delivering athlete-centered, industry-leading designs. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to balance performance, aesthetics, and manufacturability while solving complex design challenges. You drive concepts from sketch to prototyping, engaging with athletes and partners to refine solutions. This position offers a platform to influence product direction, scale design language, and elevate golf footwear. You will contribute to a culture of craft, innovation, and collaboration. Compensation / Benefits • Shape future Nike Golf Footwear through new fit, form, and construction standards • Develop innovative, athlete-informed designs that balance performance, innovation, and style • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, marketing, merchandising, testing, costing) to ensure feasibility and timelines • Produce technical drawings and communicate with factories • Present concepts to internal and external audiences • Engage with athletes and external partners to gather insights • Address manufacturability, testing, sustainability, and aesthetic finish in design decisions • Prototype via cobbling and 3D tools to bring ideas to life Tasks • Bachelor's Degree in Product Design or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • 5-7 years of footwear design and development experience • Previous footwear design experience required • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D design experience a plus • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials (plastics, etc.) • Ability to create technical drawings for factory communication • Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills • Engagement with athletes and external partners • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly with factories and teams • Cobbling and prototyping skills are a plus Key requirements •
