We are seeking a creative leader to help develop an innovative beverage program for an exciting new indoor golf concept with an innovative "Scratch" kitchen and an awesome bar. We are about to open our beautiful high-end facility which will offer a unique experience for golf enthusiasts and casual players alike with state-of-the-art TrackMan golf simulators, a beautiful bar with a custom tap-tower with 40 taps (24 beers & 16 direct draw wine & cold-brew coffee), and a delicious food menu. As our Lead Bartender, you will help create our craft cocktail program, be the Lead Bartender during our busiest times of service, and work with our Executive Chef to lead our team of service professionals to ensure a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the bar, including menu development and inventory management.
- Provide world-class service to our guests as you prepare and serve cocktails, beer and wine from our extensive lists of high quality offerings.
- Create and maintain an engaging and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Develop and execute a creative, on-trend menu that aligns with our Indoor Country Club concept and Modern American food menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar space that exceeds all health and safety standards.
- Ensure high-quality service and adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and health code.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food and beverage offerings complement each other as well as work with our Executive Chef to ensure operational excellence in every aspect of our food & beverage program.
- Tend bar during our peak service hours to develop long-term relationships with our members and guests to gain a first-hand perspective on their beverage preferences while managing the bar operations during our busiest times.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role in a high-volume private club, bar or restaurant.
- Excellent knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, menu creation, and health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our members, guests, and employees.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
