Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Head Professional, the Lead Associate Professional's duties include but aren't limited to : Provide excellent member service Organizing and executing first class member leagues / events Organization and execution of Men's Program - Develop teaching programs and clinics for our members - Club Fitting using Trackman & Assisting with Fitting days Manage Retail including building PO's, receiving and entering product Merchandising of the Golf Shop Schedule Golf Shop staff Qualifications Class A PGA of Canada professional in good standing Relevant education and experience are considered an asset Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva Skills with Jonas, Golf Genius, Club Unity and TrackMan are assets Strong business sense and a desire to sell - An inherit drive for excellence and first class service Compensation $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and education Benefits / Perks Retirement savings matching program Extended Health and Dental Care plan PGA Dues - Equipment Package Clothing allowance Three (3) weeks vacation Course Website Employment Duration Full-Time Contact Information Please send a cover letter and resume to Mark Bicknell , Head Golf Professional at .
