Responsibilities * Perform general labor associated with golf course construction * Assist with grading, drainage, irrigation, seeding, and other site work * Use hand and power tools safely * Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed * Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials * Perform general jobsite cleanup and maintenance * Follow company and jobsite safety procedures * Perform other construction-related duties as assigned Job Requirements * Must be willing and able to *work outdoors in all weather conditions*, including rain, heat, cold, and other varying conditions * Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday * Must be able to *lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment* * Must have *reliable transportation to and from the jobsite* * Must be dependable and maintain reliable attendance * Must be willing to learn, take direction, and work as part of a crew * Construction, landscaping, excavation, or golf course construction experience is preferred, but not required * Valid driver's license preferred Schedule Full-time position. Work hours may vary depending on project needs, weather, and construction schedules. Overtime may be available or required.
