- Have at least 1 years’ experience in similar role
- Great communication, punctual and willingness to learn
- Motivated to succeed and achieve results
- Prepare and cook dishes adhering to the club's standards.
- Assisting the chef to prepare dishes to the club's discerning members and guests.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the assigned section, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Foster a culture of cleanliness and hygiene among the kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Own transport required
