KITCHEN & BAR SERVICE POSITIONS Waihi Golf Club Waihi Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team in a dual food and beverage role. The successful candidates will work as part of a friendly team, providing food and bar service across our regular club days, tournaments and corporate functions throughout the year. The role includes: * Food preparation and service for club days, tournaments and corporate functions following a structured food plan * Bar service during club days and events * Maintaining and controlling our Food Control Plan and associated records * Keeping the kitchen, bar and lounge area clean, tidy and welcoming at the end of each service * General kitchen and bar duties We are looking for people who: * Have some previous experience in food preparation or food service * Have a good knowledge and understanding of food * Are comfortable providing hospitality and bar service * Are reliable, punctual, enthusiastic and well organised * Enjoy working as part of a team and can also work independently when needed * Have a friendly and approachable manner Hours: An average of 16 hours per week. Main days are Monday, Thursday and Saturday, with additional hours available for tournaments and functions.
