We are a fast-growing golf cart dealership serving retail, commercial, and community customers across Northeast Florida. We sell new and used golf carts, custom builds, parts, and accessories. This is a high-volume, performance-driven sales environment.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Junior Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to build a professional sales career while leveraging social media to generate leads.

You will:

• Engage walk-in and online leads
• Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
• Present product options clearly and confidently
• Learn product specs, financing options, and upgrade packages
• Track all activity in CRM
• Maintain showroom standards
• Create and post basic social media content (inventory highlights, delivery photos, promotions)
• Respond to social media inquiries and convert them into leads
• Use personal and dealership social media channels to generate sales opportunities

You will not just “help customers.” You will be expected to move inventory and generate gross profit.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Basic computer literacy
• High energy and professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred (Not Required):

• Sales experience (automotive, retail, or B2C preferred)
• Experience with Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, or similar platforms
• CRM experience
• Knowledge of golf carts or small vehicles

No experience? Fine. But you must be coachable and willing to follow a structured sales process.

Compensation

• Small Base pay + High Commission Pay
• Performance-based Commission
