GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for applicants to join our junior golf program team. Play Golf Lexington operates multiple junior golf programs including PGA Jr League, Golf and Recreation Camps, and other Junior Golf Developmental programming.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be possess a valid driver’s license
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Assist the Junior Program manager with the execution of programming
· Assist in program set up, delivery and breakdown
· Be charismatic, personable, and motivational in working with kids and teens of all backgrounds
· Appreciate and care for program participants, provide encouragement and motivation to help youth maximize performance
· Perform all job duties in a safe and efficient manner
· Perform other duties as assigned
SHIFTS
Spring and Fall – Evenings after school and Saturday afternoons
Summer – Camps 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, other programming evenings and Saturday afternoons

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Required qualifications
· Reliable and predictable attendance.
Preferred qualifications
· Possession of a valid driver’s license to drive company vehicles
· Experience playing golf and working with juniors
Physical demands and work environment
· Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and walk
