We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in auditing and accounting who is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
An interest in golf or the golf industry is advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Assist with audit processes, including preparing schedules and supporting documentation
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational finance needs
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP (mandatory)
- Prior experience in an audit environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to multi-entity or service-based environments
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients
- Interest or passion for golf or the golf industry (advantageous, not required)
- Degree in Accounting is required
