We are currently recruiting interns for 2023 & 2024. The rate of pay is $12/hr + variable income from commission, lessons, etc. We are looking for candidates who are pursuing a PGA Golf Management or Sports Management degree.
The goal of our program is to provide each student with a unique learning experience. During an internship at Reynolds Lake Oconee, you will be exposed to the different facets of a multi course operation. Each intern will be assigned to a "home" course. Internship Students will be exposed to all aspects of golf operation, depending on what level of internship this will include:
Reynolds Lake Oconee Golf Operations Internship Students will also attend 1 or 2 seminars, these include:
Responsibilities-Level I and II
Responsibilities-Level III
PGA-PGM Education
Reynolds Lake Oconee will assist with the completion of work experiences through goal setting, study groups and individual meetings.

- Maintaining Log Books
- Rental Club Procedures
- Outside Operations

PGA-PGM Education

- Goals will be set with Head Professional
- Monthly review of goals with Head Professional
- Study Groups with Assistant Professionals
