This entry-to-mid level hourly role is perfect for someone passionate about golf who enjoys helping players improve their game. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth check-ins, seamless simulator experiences, and a clean, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, check in reservations, and assist with booking or modifying simulator bay sessions.
- Operate and troubleshoot the TrackMan launch monitor system (comprehensive paid training provided – no prior experience required).
- Guide customers on using our on-site training tools (including the new portable tool wall featuring WhyGolf products for swing perfection, stretches & mobility, and core strength).
- Perform light cleanup and maintenance duties in the simulator bays, training areas, and common spaces after each session to maintain a top-tier facility appearance.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and basic golf tips to enhance the overall experience.
- Assist with inventory of training tools and basic paper goods and report any issues promptly.
- Support occasional special events, leagues, tournaments, or group bookings.
- Passion for golf and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (TrackMan training will be provided).
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Prior golf or retail/hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
