Job Description: Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the golf course’s goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and manage the HR budget.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the performance appraisal system.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on performance-related issues.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for compensation adjustments.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment processes.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software platforms.
  • Track and manage employee leaves, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Job Requirements
  • Age Max 42 years old
  • Hold min Bachelor Degree major of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources in the same position, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR programs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
