Job Description: Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the golf course’s goals and objectives.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and manage the performance appraisal system.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on performance-related issues.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for compensation adjustments.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment processes.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software platforms.
- Track and manage employee leaves, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Age Max 42 years old
- Hold min Bachelor Degree major of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources in the same position, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
