HOUSE COORDINATOR
About The Role :
- Ongoing Teaching position
- An integral and significant member of the pastoral care structure and processes of the College.
- Pastoral leadership explicitly connects student well-being with learning, positive student outcomes and success.
- Guide and support staff to ensure that every student's experience is personal, enabling and formative; ensuring every student's opportunities for success are maximised.
- Uphold their values while promoting inclusivity and excellence in education.
- Effectively manage student welfare, well-being, and behaviour management procedures, ensuring the implementation of the eXcel program in the House.
- Relevant qualifications and leadership experience
- Hold VIT registration or be eligible
- Valid Working With Children and Police Check
- Up-to-date Professional Teacher's Accreditation
