️ BIRDIE INDOOR GOLF IS HIRING Metrotown & Brentwood Birdie Indoor Golf is growing our team and is currently hiring Store Managers and Part-Time Store Staff. Locations: • Metrotown • Brentwood ———————————— STORE MANAGER Compensation • Base salary: $3,500/month • Plus 20% share of the store tip pool • Approximately 8 hours per shift • 5 working days per week 
Schedule 3 evening shifts per week: • Friday • Saturday • One weekday evening Evening shifts may be: • 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM or • 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM Plus: • 2 daytime shifts per week Responsibilities • Train, supervise and support store staff • Manage the day-to-day operation of the indoor golf facility • Maintain store cleanliness, organization and equipment • Perform regular inventory counts and arrange restocking • Prepare alcoholic beverages, drinks and simple food items • Greet and serve customers • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Coordinate staff duties and daily operations • Handle day-to-day store issues • Maintain a high standard of customer service and overall guest experience 
We are looking for someone who: • Is responsible, reliable and organized • Has strong communication and customer service skills • Is comfortable training and leading a team • Takes initiative and can handle daily operations independently • Is available for evening and weekend shifts • Previous experience in hospitality, bars, entertainment venues, golf facilities, retail or store management is preferred ———————————— PART-TIME STORE STAFF Compensation • $18.25/hour • + Tips Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers • Help guests with the indoor golf facility when needed • Prepare drinks, alcoholic beverages and simple food items • Perform daily cleaning and maintain store cleanliness • Keep the bar and work areas clean and organized • Assist with inventory and restocking • Support general day-to-day store operations • Provide friendly and professional customer service We are looking for someone who: • Is punctual, responsible and reliable • Is friendly and comfortable communicating with customers • Works well as part of a team • Is comfortable working evening shifts and in a busy environment • Previous hospitality, bar, entertainment or customer service experience is an asset • Training can be provided Now Hiring: Metrotown & Brentwood ️ Birdie Indoor Golf If you enjoy a fun, social and energetic work environment, we’d love to have you join our team!
