Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and full operational oversight of all golf course and related facilities, ensuring exceptional course conditions, playability, and presentation with a strong focus on Paspalum turfgrass management.
- Oversee daily maintenance and long-term agronomic conditioning of greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and landscaped areas to ensure optimal turf health and consistency.
- Lead and supervise golf course movement, grading, shaping, and contouring projects to ensure proper surface and subsurface water flow and long-term course sustainability.
- Oversee drainage infrastructure including subsurface systems, piping networks, and stormwater management to maintain high-performance playing conditions year-round.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of golf course movement, grading, shaping, and contouring to ensure proper surface and subsurface water flow.
- Provide leadership and overall responsibility across irrigation, golf course operations, machinery and equipment maintenance, landscape, grounds operations, and inventory management.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior golf operations role.
- Hands-on experience managing Paspalum turfgrass, particularly in tropical or coastal environments.
- Strong technical expertise in golf course construction principles including movement, grading, contouring, drainage systems, and irrigation piping within the golf industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-department golf operations with strong budgeting and operational control capabilities.
- Experience working in tropical or coastal golf environment is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia.
