SUMMARY: To help maintain all golf carts and lawn care equipment on a daily basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to work on small engines
- Golf course equipment knowledge not necessary, can be taught by our Superintendent
- Operates mechanical loaders in moving soil, debris, and other materials
- Supports the mechanic in lubrication and minor service repairs to equipment
- Participate as support staff on any special projects
- Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Previous landscaping or equivalent experience preferred

- Continually required to stand, walk, and utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Frequently utilize visual acuity to operate equipment
- Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
- Frequently work near moving mechanical parts and loud noise
- Frequently work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals
- Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat or cold, and outside weather conditions
