We want a high.y motivated, driven, Experienced Director of Golf Operations for successful East Valley Golf course. Prefer five years experience in Pro Shop/golf operations and tee sheet management. Must be able to successfully market the golf course for daily play, tournaments, leagues, range play, night golf, special events. Should also have substantial knowledge of grounds operations to help improve total golf operations and increase total rounds and ADR. The applicant must be able to oversee daily operational side of the business—including Ezlinks, Golf Now, online marketing, scheduling, player flow, and An ability to form and maintain leagues and schedule and run tournaments is required. Responsibility for budget control and cost oversight, and departmental Human Resources is expected as well. The job is a seven day a week endeavor, so a complete love of the game and of golf courses is needed. We want an innovative golf director who can bring more to the course—more ideas, more rounds, more sources of revenue to significantly grow our already successful business., and your bonus Is based on measurable profit parameters. Potential to make 85k plus.
