We’re looking for a *Head PGA Golf Professional* to join the team at Murrayshall and this isn’t a role where you’ll simply be standing behind a desk waiting for tee times. With 28 holes, a stunning Perthshire setting and a growing golf operation, there’s plenty of scope to get involved, develop the offering and create great experiences for our members, guests and visitors. What you’ll be getting up to: Deliver engaging golf coaching for players of all abilities Help golfers improve their game and enjoy their time on the course Build strong relationships with members, guests and visitors Support competitions, events and golf days Help develop the golf shop and equipment offering Create a junior academy and grow the other areas Get involved in growing participation, lessons and revenue Work closely with the wider Murrayshall team to create a great overall guest experience Bring your own ideas - we want someone who sees opportunities and gets things moving *What we’re looking for* You’ll be a *qualified PGA Professional* with a genuine passion for golf and for helping other people enjoy it. We’re looking for someone who is: * Confident, approachable and great with people * A strong communicator and coach * Commercially aware and keen to develop the golf operation * Organised and able to work independently * Comfortable working with everyone from complete beginners to experienced golfers * Full of ideas and willing to get stuck in *Most importantly, you’ll be someone who brings energy to the role.* At Murrayshall, we’re building a team that cares about what it does, takes pride in doing things properly and enjoys working together.
