We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Golf Operations Manager to join our team. As the Golf Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our golf operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our members and guests.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Golf Operations Manager to join our team. As the Golf Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our golf operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily golf operations, including tee time reservations, golf cart management, and pro shop activities.
- Supervise and train golf staff, including starters, rangers, and pro shop attendants, to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate golf events and tournaments, from planning and promotion to execution and follow-up.
- Maintain inventory and manage orders for golf equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
- Implement and enforce golf course policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as groundskeeping and maintenance, to maintain course conditions and facilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve golf operations and customer experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in golf operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff, members, and guests.
- Knowledge of golf industry standards, rules, and regulations.
- Experience with golf management software and POS systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Passion for golf and a customer-centric mindset.
