Tee Box Louisville was founded on a simple belief: golfers improve faster when great coaching, modern technology, fitness, and community work together in one place.
We're searching for a PGA Professional or accomplished golf instructor who wants to make a lasting impact on golfers and help build something special from the ground up.
This isn't a traditional golf instruction role where you'll simply inherit a lesson book. You'll have the opportunity to build a player-development program, shape programming, develop lasting member relationships, and grow alongside the club.

Tee Box Louisville is a premium, membership-based golf player development club where coaching, technology, fitness, and community come together to help golfers reach their full potential.
Members have access to personalized coaching, TrackMan technology, PuttView, Sportsbox AI 3D motion analysis, golf-specific movement assessments, a dedicated golf performance gym, club fitting, junior programming, and a supportive community focused on long-term improvement.
The Opportunity
As Tee Box Louisville's Head Golf Professional — known within Tee Box as our Box Pro — you'll be the face of our golf experience and the driving force behind player development.
You'll coach golfers of all skill levels, guide members through personalized improvement plans, build meaningful relationships, and create an environment where golfers genuinely enjoy spending time.
Beyond instruction, you'll help shape our programming, foster a thriving membership community, and play a pivotal role in building the culture of Tee Box Louisville from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Base Salary: $45,000–$65,000, based on experience
Recurring Membership Commission: 5% of all active membership revenue
Club Sales Commission: 5% of club sales
Earning Potential: $95,000+ annually as membership grows
Paid Time Off: 15 days PTO + 8 paid holidays per year
Professional Development: Support for TPI certification, TrackMan University, and other relevant professional education
Technology & Facility: Work with TrackMan, Sportsbox AI 3D, PuttView, and a dedicated golf performance facility
Autonomy: Significant opportunity to shape programming, player development, member experiences, and the culture of Tee Box Louisville

The recurring membership commission is exactly that. You'll earn 5% of active membership revenue, giving you the opportunity to participate directly in the long-term success of the membership community you help build.
We're looking for someone who wants more than a teaching position. We're looking for a golf professional who wants to build relationships, develop players, create a community, and help establish Tee Box Louisville as one of Colorado's premier golf performance destinations.

What You'll Do
- Own the player-development experience for new members, from initial assessment and goal setting through ongoing progress reviews and programming recommendations.
- Deliver comprehensive Box Assessments using TrackMan, Sportsbox AI 3D, and golf-specific movement principles.
- Create personalized improvement plans and deliver exceptional in-person and on-demand golf instruction.
- Build genuine relationships that drive long-term member engagement, improvement, and retention.
- Introduce prospective members to the Tee Box experience through facility tours and authentic conversations.
- Collaborate with our golf performance offerings to help members understand the connection between movement, mobility, fitness, and golf performance.
- Lead leagues, clinics, junior golf programs, special events, and community experiences.
- Provide club fitting and equipment recommendations when they can genuinely improve a golfer's performance.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming golf environment while ensuring coaching technology and equipment remain organized and operating at a high standard.
- Help identify new programming and growth opportunities as the Tee Box Louisville community develops.
- PGA Professional or accomplished golf instructor with 5+ years of demonstrated golf instruction and player-development experience.
- Passion for teaching and developing golfers of all ages and abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the golf swing and modern player-development principles.
- Comfortable using golf technology such as TrackMan, launch monitors, video analysis, and other coaching tools.
- Belief that golf performance extends beyond the swing to movement, mobility, fitness, and recovery.
- Natural ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships with members.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excited by the opportunity to help grow a business and community from the ground up.
- TPI Certification preferred, or willingness to pursue certification.
- Club fitting experience is a plus.
