*Job Overview* We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Head Golf Professional to lead our golf operations with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role combines leadership, customer service excellence, and operational management to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. As the face of our golf program, you will coordinate events, and ensure the smooth running of all golf program related services. Your passion for golf and dedication to hospitality will drive the success of our facility while fostering a welcoming environment for players of all skill levels. *Responsibilities* * Lead and supervise all golf lessons and programs * Develop and execute engaging golf events and tournaments, managing all aspects from planning to execution * Provide exceptional guest services by assisting players, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a memorable experience * Maintain high standards of safety by implementing first aid procedures and CPR protocols when necessary * Collaborate with management on report writing, operational improvements, and strategic planning to enhance overall performance *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Head Golf Professional or similar managerial role within a golf or hospitality setting * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes * Demonstrated experience in events management, including planning and executing tournaments or special events * Knowledge of operations management principles such as budgeting, shift management, and resource allocation * Supervising experience with a track record of effective team management and managerial decision-making * Technical proficiency related to golf operations equipment and safety protocols including first aid and CPR certification * Experience in managing an event venue or similar operational environment is highly desirable * Strong communication skills to facilitate managerial decision-making and team coordination * Assistant manager experience is preferred to support seamless daily operations Join us in creating an inspiring environment where passion for golf meets outstanding service!
