Norton Country Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Golf Professional to lead and oversee all golf operations at our Golf club. Norton Country Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Golf Professional to lead and oversee all golf operations at our Golf club. This leadership role is responsible for providing an exceptional golf experience for members and guests while managing the golf shop, staff, tournaments, instruction programs, and daily golf operations.

Key Responsibilities
Golf Operations
- Oversee all daily golf operations including tee sheet management, pace of play, and member services
- Manage the golf shop including merchandising, inventory control, and retail sales
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and service for members and guests
- Provide private and group golf instruction
- Develop and lead junior golf programs, clinics, and instructional events
- Grow player development opportunities for golfers of all skill levels
- Plan, organize, and execute club tournaments, leagues, and golf outings
- Coordinate tournament logistics, scoring systems, and event execution
- Work closely with club management to ensure successful golf events
- Recruit, train, and supervise assistant professionals and golf operations staff
- Create staff schedules and maintain high service standards
- Foster a positive and professional team environment
- Build strong relationships with club members and guests
- Promote golf participation and member programming
- Serve as a visible and active leader within the club community
- PGA Class A Professional preferred or actively pursuing PGA membership
- 5+ years of experience in golf operations or as a golf professional - prefferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of tournament operations and golf instruction
- Experience with golf management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong merchandising and retail management experience
