Sewickley Academy is seeking to hire a Head Varsity Boys Golf Coach to lead our team to success. The part-time head coach is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to student-athletes and assistant coaches, as well as, providing an overall vision for the program.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program that emphasizes skill development, and strategy
- Create a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and discipline
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members during practices and competitions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with players, parents, and school staff
- Work with other coaches and staff members to promote the overall success of the athletic program
- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
