A bigger, better, bolder brand of golf entertainment, Atomic Golf will feature 100,000 square feet of electrified fun, where the best elements of the game fuse together with great food, colorful drinks, and an engaging atmosphere unlike any other.
Located steps from the famed Las Vegas Strip, the flagship location of Atomic Golf will feature four distinct floors, 103 digitally enhanced golfing bays, six full-service bars, a chef-curated menu with elevated, made-from-scratch food and beverage offerings, and much more. Set to open in Q1 of 2024, Atomic Golf is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individuals to join the team as Guest Services Associates, for its grand opening and beyond.
As part of Atomic Golf’s Guest Services team, you will serve as a Lobby Host, Greeter, and Retail Associate, where you will be the friendly face that ensures each guest feels welcome and enjoys a memorable, one-of-a-kind visit. Lobby Hosts and Greeters will set the tone for the Atomic Golf experience by extending a warm and friendly welcome to arriving guests, while assisting with check-in and reservations.

- Maintaining the lobby and guest areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Being a crucial part of special events, parties, and corporate gatherings.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product offerings, promotions, and pricing.
- Processing retail transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Ensuring the retail area is visually appealing, fully stocked, and well-organized.
- Actively promoting and upselling Atomic Golf experiences and services, to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
- The ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
- The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with golf or sports entertainment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
